Information we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, billing address, email, phone number (optional) and payment information. Payment information is handled directly by our payment processors — we never see or store your card number on our servers.
When you sign up for our newsletter we collect your email address. When you contact us we keep a record of the conversation so we can help you if you write again.
We use standard web analytics cookies to understand which pages visitors find useful. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time.
How we use it
We use your information to process orders, ship your goods, answer your questions, and occasionally send updates about new products if you have subscribed. We do not sell, rent, or lease your information to anyone.
Who we share it with
We share necessary information with: our payment processor (to charge your card), our shipping carrier (to deliver your order), our email provider (to send order confirmations), and our accountant (for tax filing). That is the full list.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see what information we have about you, correct it, or delete it. Email hello@numeandco.com and we will respond within five business days.
If you live in the European Union or California, you have additional rights under GDPR and CCPA respectively. We honor all applicable rights.
Security
All pages on this site are served over HTTPS with a 256-bit SSL certificate. Payment pages are PCI-DSS compliant. We store only what we need and delete it when we no longer need it.
Children
Our products are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in a newsletter or email.
