Returns & Refunds
Simple, fair, no hassle. If you are not happy, we will make it right.
The short version
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to return any unused item for a full refund. You pay return shipping unless the item was damaged in transit or we made a mistake.
What can be returned
Anything in its original, unused condition with any tags or packaging still intact. Candles with broken seals, used bath mats, and washed aprons are not returnable for hygiene reasons.
How to start a return
- Email hello@numeandco.com with your order number and which items you would like to return.
- We reply with a return address and instructions within one business day.
- Send the package back in its original packaging when possible (saves a tree).
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we refund to your original payment method within three business days.
Damaged or defective items
If anything arrives damaged, please take a photo of the package and the item and email us. We cover return shipping for damaged or defective items and send a replacement at no charge. If a replacement is not possible, we refund in full.
Exchanges
We do not do direct exchanges. If you want a different item, simply return the one you have and place a new order. Easier for everyone.
Sale items
Sale and clearance items are final sale unless damaged in transit.
International returns
International customers can return items within the same 30-day window. You are responsible for return shipping and any customs charges. We refund the purchase price (excluding original shipping) once we receive the item.
Refund timing
After we process your refund, it typically appears on your card within 3–10 business days depending on your bank. If you paid with a buy-now-pay-later service like Klarna, the refund is applied to your remaining balance.
