Nume & Co. is a retail e-commerce business based in Victoria, BC, United States. These terms govern your use of our website and purchases of our products.
Orders and payment
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm orders by email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order — for example if a price error is detected, inventory is exhausted, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund in full within seven business days.
All prices are in United States Dollars (USD) and include applicable sales tax where required by law. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
Shipping and delivery
Orders typically ship within two business days. Delivery times depend on your location and chosen carrier. Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the carrier.
Returns and refunds
See our returns policy for details. In short: unused goods may be returned within 30 days for a full refund. You pay return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.

All content on this site — text, images, logos, product photography — is the property of Nume & Co. or our licensors. You may not reproduce it without written permission.
User conduct
You agree not to use this site to: violate any law, infringe anyone's rights, transmit malicious code, scrape our data for commercial purposes, or interfere with the site's operation.

We take reasonable care with product descriptions and photography but colors and textures may vary slightly from what you see on screen. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the use of this site or our products is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
